Turning internal culture into an ownable employer brand.

Snow Software attracts world-class talent – but its employer story wasn’t always clear or consistent internally. We built an employer brand campaign designed to land with employees first, creating shared understanding, pride and momentum that could scale externally over time.

Project overview

In fast-growth tech businesses, people can love their roles but struggle to articulate the bigger “why here?”. During discovery, we uncovered a powerful internal truth: Snow employees are known as Yetis.

We turned that existing cultural shorthand into a distinctive employer brand asset – a shortcut to belonging, recognition and brand memory in a crowded hiring market.

Brand Maximisation™ built around one idea: belief

The platform centres on a simple give/get promise: believe in Snow, and Snow believes in you.
