Genomics England — Future Fit employee engagement campaign

Turning a world-class project team into a future-ready organisation

Genomics England was created to deliver an ambitious national genomics programme at unprecedented scale. To meet the next phase of delivery, the organisation needed to evolve — from a project-led team into a fully formed company, aligned around clearer structures, refreshed values and modern ways of working.

We built an internal engagement campaign to make that shift feel clear, credible and motivating for every employee.

This was organisational change, not internal noise. Genomics England needed to:

    A renamed and redesigned “Lowdown” that shifts the tone from corporate broadcast to useful, human updates — supporting rhythm and momentum over time.
